Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 04 October 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to payments made for paid tests, test series, practice tests, study material and other digital educational services provided by TestLog.

1. Digital Services

TestLog primarily provides digital educational services. Once a paid test, test series or other digital service has been successfully purchased and access has been provided, the service may be considered delivered.

2. Cancellation Before Access

If a student requests cancellation before the purchased digital service has been accessed or used, TestLog may consider the cancellation request on a case-by-case basis.

If the cancellation is approved, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the transaction.

3. Refund After Access

Once a student has started or substantially used a paid test, test series or other digital service, the payment is generally non-refundable.

However, TestLog may consider a refund or another appropriate resolution in genuine cases such as:

4. Failed or Incorrect Transactions

If money has been deducted from a student's bank account but the TestLog payment or order is not successfully completed, the transaction status will be verified.

Where a refund is required, the amount will be returned to the original payment source through the payment gateway.

5. Duplicate Payments

If a student accidentally makes multiple successful payments for the same service, the duplicate payment may be eligible for a refund after verification of the transactions.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be initiated by TestLog through the payment gateway used for the original transaction.

Refunds will normally be credited to the original payment method. The actual time taken for the refund to appear in the student's account may depend on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider.

7. No Cash Refund

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed electronically to the original payment source and will not normally be provided in cash.

8. Refund Request

To request a refund or report a payment-related issue, the student should contact TestLog and provide the following information:

TestLog may request additional information where necessary to verify the transaction.

9. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

If a transaction appears fraudulent, unauthorized or associated with misuse of a TestLog account, TestLog may investigate the transaction before processing any refund.

10. Technical Issues

If a student is unable to access a purchased service because of a technical problem caused by TestLog, the student should contact TestLog support.

Depending on the circumstances, TestLog may provide access, extend the validity of the service, provide an alternative service, or issue an eligible refund.

11. Cancellation of Services by TestLog

In exceptional circumstances, TestLog may cancel, discontinue or temporarily suspend a service. If a paid service is cancelled by TestLog before it is provided, TestLog may provide an appropriate refund or alternative resolution to the affected customer.
